Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view. (Back)

Q: What are your shipping costs?
You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the invoice you see before confirming your order. (Back)

Q: How long time do you take to ships my order?
We ship the same or next day. If we are out of stock we will notify you immediately by phone or e-mail. (Back)

Yes, we ship to APO address if you have registered into the credit card system your APO address and you write it into the billing address information and is the same as your shipping address. (Back)

Start shopping, add products to the shopping cart, after you click the check out button you will have the option to use your account, check mark the option "I am a returning customer and would like to use my existing account" then you will have the option to change it. (Back)

Q Do you notify me if my credit card is declined?
After you finish your order you will receive a message if your credit card was declined or not. (Back)

Q: I have an account: How can I change my credit card billing information or payment options on my account?
After you add items to your shopping cart press "View Cart" then “Checkout” option then checkmark “I am a returning customer and would like to use my existing account” and “Change billing information” then you will be able to do it after you log in into your account. (Back)
